When when returns to the office with Ozzie in tow, the situation is now reversed between Ricky and David (put on for her benefit). At this point Judge Roberts drops in (amidst the embarrassment), but explains that he is not disappointed the David didn't hire Carlisle (the Judge will hire Carlisle himself).
